1. General Concept (Skeb-Inspired Format)
- Age Requirement: By submitting a request and proceeding with payment, you legally confirm that you are 18 years of age or older.
- Content Suggestion ≠ Traditional Commission: This service operates strictly on a Skeb-inspired model. You are submitting a content suggestion, not hiring me for a custom commission.
- Creative Freedom: I retain creative freedom regarding the interpretation and stylistic choices.
- No Revisions: Requests to "fix," alter, edit, or redo the completed artwork will not be accepted (Exception: Details of OC character designs).

2. Pre-Requesting & Communication & Nature of Transaction
- Ask Before Requesting: If you are unsure whether your idea is feasible, within my comfort zone, or too complex, please send me a DM before you pay.
- How to Reach Me: Once subscribed (via Boosty) or paid via PayPal, contact me ASAP via DM (here, or on Discord/Reddit/Telegram) to submit your concept. If requested, I can provide sample images during our initial DM conversation.
- Response Time: I aim to respond to all initial inquiries within 24–48 hours.
- Client Conduct: I reserve the right to cancel your request and deny future service if you exhibit rude or inappropriate behavior during communication.

3. Deadlines, Validity & Refunds
- User Responsibility: It is entirely up to you to reach out and submit your request. I am under no obligation to remind you.
- Use It or Lose It: Suggestion rights are valid for one (1) month from the date of subscription. Unused requests cannot be carried over to the next month, and no exceptions will be made.
- Strict No-Refund Policy: All payments are final. To protect against fraud, absolutely no refunds or chargebacks will be issued once payment is completed. Initiating a chargeback will result in an immediate and permanent blacklist.

4. Content & Text Guidelines
- Be Specific yet Flexible: Prompts work best when structured clearly, for example: "Character X in outfit Y doing Z" or "Character X in pose Y with expression Z."
- Dialogue Policy: You are welcome to suggest dialogue, but it will not be used verbatim (1-to-1). I will only extract specific elements or tones that fit the artwork.
- Right of Refusal: I reserve the right to decline any ideas that I dislike, make me uncomfortable, or consider overly complex.
- Prohibited Content: I do not draw extreme fetishes, heavy gore, scat, vore, yaoi, NTR, or anything that violates platform rules and applicable legislation. If a suggestion is too provocative or breaks platform guidelines, you will be asked to modify it or choose a different concept.

5. Rights, Copyright & Payment
- Copyright Ownership: I retain full copyright, ownership, and intellectual property rights over all created artwork.
- Nature of Payment: All financial contributions made via Boosty or PayPal are strictly considered voluntary donations to support my ongoing artistic work. Access to exclusive galleries, work-in-progress content, and fan illustrations is provided solely as a complimentary reward for your patronage, not as a direct commercial purchase of specific intellectual property, characters, or licenses.
- Distribution Rights: I reserve the right to publish, promote, and distribute all created content, including work-in-progress (WIP) steps, bonus materials, and alternative variations.
(Exception: Arts ordered as a Private Request is exempt from this rule and will remain strictly confidential).
